Proverbs 25:2 establishes the rule of the sovereign: "It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter."
Rev Benton teaches that the highest forms of divine dominion do not happen on a public stage; they happen in the Seter. In biblical Hebrew, Seter translates to the "Secret Place" or the "Covert." It is the exact word used in Psalm 91:1: "He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High..."
